Is it really that good? my take

Quick shuttle service was impressive and the large TV screen made relaxing easy. I appreciated the separate sink area for convenience.

Inconsistent staff engagement noted and the breakfast menu felt limited and overpriced.

Quiet room, great layout.

The room was excellently laid out, with great natural light and a separate sink area providing added convenience. The indoor pool and jacuzzi were a nice way to unwind after a long day, making for a relaxing atmosphere even when busy. Although the facility was overall well-maintained, additional snack options at the Bistro could enhance the dining experience. The $20 fee for retrieving a forgotten item felt disproportionate after spending $140 on the stay.

i was terribly disappointed during my stay. breakfast wasn’t available, and i paid for a $7 danish that tasted like cardboard. and, the staff was just there—not a hint of friendly service. also, who wouldn't expect an upgrade for the trouble of staying here? i almost wanted to leave a good review but just couldn’t.

Nice stay but loud neighbors

The room was super comfy, and I really liked the gym—way better than most hotels. The pool and jacuzzi were perfect for winding down. Just wish the walls weren’t thin. could hear everything from next door, which was kinda annoying. Tried the bar area too, and they had some great snacks!

With easy access to Temple Square and some great nearby restaurants, our stay was enjoyable. We appreciated the spacious room layouts, especially since we had three teenagers with us—they loved the large TV!

My wife wished for better breakfast options for kids.

We had a great time staying at this hotel! The location was perfect for visiting Temple Square and checking out the ski slopes. The shuttle service to the airport was super convenient, and our room had a nice size for chilling with friends. Miguel at the front desk made our check-in smooth and was really helpful.

One downside was that the indoor pool area felt a bit crowded at times, which limited our ability to enjoy it fully.

Just a well-suited match for a concise stay in Salt Lake City with best value. Jessica at the front desk was super helpful and friendly, making the check-in smooth. Grab breakfast at the place next door. it's way better than what's offered here.
